If the permit will expire upon transfer of land or death of the owner, how will that be administered for these owners? (businesses and multiple owners). family corporations will just transfer the ownership rights (i.e. -stock) without changing the title thus never being in jeopardy of losing the permit regardless of how many family members die. businesses will do the same. poorly written ordinance without much thought for how it will be administered. treats similarly situated owners differently in its application and therefore violates Equal Protection clause.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
